In this role, the Manager, Procurement Digital Programs will be expected to:
Lead the global program strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise procurement and digital transformation goals
Oversee multiple project teams delivering system deployments, integrations, and process changes
Manage resource planning and allocation, including the recruitment of permanent staff, fixed‑term employees, and contractors, while staying within the allocated budget envelope
Establish program governance including steering committees, decision frameworks, and reporting structures
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across procurement, IT, finance, legal, and regional business units
Monitor program performance including budget, timelines, risks, and interdependencies
Drive global change management including communications, training, and adoption strategies
Ensure solution standardization while accommodating regional regulatory or operational needs
Partner with vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and contract compliance
Report program status to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in procurement or digital transformation
Strong understanding of procurement processes (S2P, P2P, supplier management, sourcing)
Experience deploying global digital systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Intake and Orchestration or similar
Exceptional stakeholder management across cultures, time zones, and executive levels
Expertise in change management and enterprise‑scale transformation
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification considered an asset
