As a tech-forward procurement team, we see ourselves as a partner of our business leaders and collaborate with the entire organization, to enable teams to get the most out of their budgets and create a higher output for a lower input. We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Procurement (d/m/f) helping to scale our Procurement function.
You will play an integral role in improving our cost structure and our sourcing process and will be part of the vendor lifecycle from on- to offboarding.
This position is primarily to be filled in Munich, Germany, but also available in our other offices such as Berlin, Dublin, Amsterdam, London or Madrid.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and procurement of contingency workforce, marketing, professional services, software and other services.
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyzing market trends and making recommendations on cost-saving opportunities.
- Further innovate our procurement processes to stay ahead of the curve by leveraging automations and AI.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Procurement experience in a SaaS company or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge around ESG policies such as LkSG or CSRD are a plus.
