Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage Technology and Competence for Current core and Future core technologies as per Product Roadmap. Drive Frugal process innovations. Lead a team of Experts and drive new process developments / process improvements with respect to SQCD aspects. Manage Process Development Cell / Workshop
Qualifications
Experience: 12-18 Years of experience (minimum 3 years experience at leadership position)
- Strong technical knowledge on Process improvements / developments methodologies. Hands on experience and advanced level knowledge in various manufacturing technologies (plant specific like Electrical Contacting, Force assisted joining and screwing, etc), Laser Welding, Coil Winding & Optical Vision system, Plastic technology.
- Knowledge on Engg drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc
- Knowledge on standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence) Strong networking with stakeholders (internal/external), Assertive, Collaborative, Strong analytical & Problem-solving skills, striving for improvements and highly committed Openness for divergent views and leverages resources for objectives
- Empowering and coaching team for development. Adaptability in changing environment and passion towards learning future core and emerging technologies Soft skills like delegation, negotiation, conflict management, networking, communication & collaboration
