You will:
- Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
- Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
- Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
- Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or a related subject (Masters degree would be an advantage);
- 3-4 years working experience in consulting or in a business organisation;
- Experience in managing teams and projects;
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
- Exceptional problem solving and presentation skills;
- Advanced level of English language (both verbal and written);
- Fluent level of Armenian language;
- Readiness to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
