Pricing Manager
The Pricing Coordinator/Manager will act as the central hub between product management, finance, sales, and deal review teams (including ARB), ensuring that pricing decisions are timely, accurate, and well-documented.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Track and maintain the status of pricing strategies for every Assure-class product.
- Analyze cost drivers and market benchmarks to inform pricing recommendations.
- Work with Global Pricing Strategist to price models in response to commercialization needs, regulatory requirements, and customer demand.
- Maintain a central repository of approved pricing structures, version history, and rationale.
- Roll-out ROM process
- Help with internal and AWS marketplace
Deal Support & Governance
- Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams to support pricing discussions in live deals.
- Work with SR early in the RFP to verify cost and price levels
- Coordinate input from product owners, finance, and commercial leads to develop customer-specific proposals.
- Provide pricing signoff matrix for all interested parties for new product pricing, including product offering owner, product engineers and the opportunity lead.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact for individuals responsible for pricing inputs across product, finance, and delivery.
- Ensure timely communication of pricing changes, approvals, and governance decisions to all stakeholders.
- Serve as coordinator for ISB CPQ business analysis and implementation
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor pricing actions, deal escalations, and customer-specific deviations.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on pricing trends, margin impacts, and approval status.
- Identify opportunities to streamline pricing workflows and reduce deal cycle time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial management, or financial planning—preferably in SaaS, insurance software, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, margin analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and its implications for pricing and revenue recognition a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple pricing actions and deal escalations simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, and legal teams.
- Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and pricing tools; experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar systems preferred.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in complex deal situations.
