The Opportunity
As Manager of Pricing Analytics at HSN, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies and ensuring competitive positioning in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret market trends. Reporting to the Director of BA & Pricing Strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing models, analyze data, and provide insights that drive informed business decisions that drive profitability.

Your Impact
- Act as the subject-matter expert on pricing analytics, providing analysis and predictive financial modeling to support key business decisions
- Partner with the business to define, assess, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies leveraging a broad view of financial implications, historical facts and thoughtful analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including merchandising, planning, and programming) to drive business performance and support financial plans
- Perform ongoing analysis on trends, business metrics and profitability.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reliable financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid business partners in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead development of comprehensive financial implications of Merchandising Strategies (Pricing Strategies, Clearance approach, Programming Initiatives). Partner with others in BP&A to ensure development of full P&L impacts and Cash Flow analysis
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree required (Bachelor Degree in Business, Retail/Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of Merchandising and analysis experience
