That’s why we are looking for a Head of Presales & Solutions Engineering (Iberia) — a strategic leadership role with real impact.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence business strategy, transform teams, and elevate the way we design and deliver cybersecurity solutions.
Your impactYou will lead a critical function at the intersection of business, technology, and client engagement, directly contributing to how we grow and compete in the market.
You will:
Lead a high-performing presales organization, including Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and QA & Process teams
Ensure our proposals stand out through technical excellence, consistency, and differentiation
Drive the evolution of the team towards high-value solutioning, innovation, and customer impact
Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing/GTM, and Partners to build winning strategies
Continuously improve processes through automation, industrialization, and AI-driven practices

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a leader with vision, strong execution capability, and a collaborative mindset.
10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or cybersecurity services/consulting
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
Strong background in complex bid management (RFP/RFI) and high-volume environments
Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, MSS, consulting, cloud, OT, etc.)
Ability to balance business objectives, technical rigor, and customer value
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
