Job Summary
The Manager, Prepared Foods Sales Enablement serves as a key enabler of communication, engagement, collaboration, and knowledge management across the Prepared Foods sales organization. This role leads the development and delivery of communications across multiple channels—SharePoint, newsletters, webinars, executive messaging, and digital platforms—while translating data, insights, and business updates into clear, compelling stories that help teams and leaders understand performance, priorities, and opportunities.
The successful candidate is a highly organized, technology-savvy professional who excels at facilitating meetings, creating compelling content, managing multiple priorities, and independently driving projects to successful completion while supporting a broad network of stakeholders across the Prepared Foods business. This position does not have direct reports and contributes through influence, collaboration, and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Team Communications & Engagement
- Develop and execute engaging communications, newsletters, surveys, and organizational updates.
- Gather and synthesize content from stakeholders across the Prepared Foods organization to support communication, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
- Translate sales data, business updates, and cross-functional insights into compelling narratives, executive summaries, and visual communications that drive understanding and action.
- Promote alignment, awareness, and positive team culture through effective communication strategies.
Meeting & Event Facilitation
- Manage the Prepared Foods Sales calendar and coordinate organization-wide meetings and events.
- Facilitate large virtual and hybrid Teams meetings while ensuring an engaging and professional participant experience.
- Coordinate agendas, communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
SharePoint, Training & Knowledge Management
- Maintain SharePoint sites and team resources, ensuring content remains current, organized, and accessible.
- Partner with Training to develop, update, and distribute learning materials and onboarding resources.
- Support knowledge-sharing and content management processes across the organization.
Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a power user of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and Copilot.
- Create surveys, forms, presentations, videos, and other digital content to support organizational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication, collaboration, and engagement through technology and process improvements.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Lead and support multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales, CS&E, SS&P, Training, brokers, customers, and cross-functional partners.
- Independently manage priorities and drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in Internal Communications, Employee Communications, Change Management or closely related area in a large manufacturing or retail organization.
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Communications, Training, Learning & Development, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting communications, meetings, training programs, events, or knowledge management initiatives preferred.
- Experience summarizing business results, insights, or performance trends into concise narratives, presentations, or leadership-ready updates preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar content management platforms preferred.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate engaging meetings and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Computer Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience creating visually engaging presentations, videos, and digital content.
- Use data visualization and presentation tools to simplify complex information and create clear, audience-ready materials.
- Experience with SharePoint, Forms, Copilot, Brainshark, Proze, or similar collaboration tools preferred.
