This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for strengthening financial transparency, rigor, and accuracy across Port Operations and Guest Logistics for Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Seabourn. The role plays a central and critical role on the ongoing Port Operations cost and efficiency transformation. The role sits at the intersection of Port Operations and Finance, owning complex cost and rate modelling, improving forecast accuracy, and translating financial data into clear, decision-oriented insights for leadership. A core focus is driving standardization, automation, and process improvement across reporting, accruals, and forecasting to improve productivity, discipline, and resilience. The role requires strong judgment, autonomy, and the ability to challenge entrenched practices while partnering closely with various stakeholders and leaders, mostly within Port.

Here is a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Port Operations Financial Reporting Manager. Is this you?
