Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field required
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field
- 5+ years project management experience
- 5+ years PMO management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Public Sector customers, including but not limited to Federal Government and SLED customers
- Preferred experience with State & Local Government, and Education customers from a Professional Services and/or Managed Services standpoint
- Strong leadership capability able to develop talent and capabilities, identifies and cultivates essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement
- Able to build collaborative relationships across functions based on trust and respect
- Promote the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results
- Excellent understanding of financial processes

A Brief Overview
The PMO Manager is responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring process adherence, individual team member development, and creating a positive work environment. - In-depth understanding of project management methodologies

- Ensures customer satisfaction and any SLA's are met or exceeded

- Accurately forecasts project end dates and drives efforts to ensure realization is maintained
- Responsible for personnel management and development

- Proper staffing & utilization management
