Position Summary:

Contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services. Conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify product features and collaborate with technical teams through the product development lifecycle. Apply expertise in data and analytics insight generation, and market trends to help drive the success of platform and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the platform roadmap

• Gather, analyze, and translate data and requirements: Consolidate timelines, dependencies, and operational needs into actionable insights for stakeholders

• Help manage the platform roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the delivery team.

• Develops ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the organization's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.

• Conducts complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization.

• Under general direction, drives continuous cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational levels

• Assesses product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in delivery of complex data and analytics products

• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.

• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.

• Adept at data analysis and insights generation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using pharma industry data products (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony Health) to generate insights and recommendations.

• MBA or management consulting experience with exposure to healthcare or pharma analytics strategy.

• Ability to develop analyses and presentations to successfully recommend strategy or change initiatives and generate new ideas for offerings or operational processes.

• Familiarity with emerging AI and Data Science capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
