Job Description Summary:

Manager, Platform Program Manager

The CocaCola Company is evolving into a more digitalfirst, datadriven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, endtoend impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domainbased, productcentric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Manager, Platform Program Manager role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution within the Global Digital Organization. This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of digital platform initiatives that enable enterprisewide scalability, interoperability, and value creation aligned to CocaCola’s Digital Transformation ambitions.

As CocaCola accelerates toward a productcentric, platformenabled operating model, this role will drive coordinated execution across multiple digital platforms, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and delivered in a way that maximizes business outcomes. The role partners closely with product teams, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to translate digital strategy into actionable programs, driving alignment and accountability across complex, matrixed environments.

This position is ideal for a handson leader who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates strong program management discipline, and brings a deep understanding of how digital platforms, data, and technology ecosystems enable scalable business impact.

What You will do for us

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of platformbased digital programs that align to enterprise Digital Transformation priorities and deliver measurable business value
• Drive endtoend program orchestration across product, engineering, data, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including prioritization, performance tracking, risk management, and value realization measurement
• Partner with platform product owners and technical leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and coordinated delivery plans across multiple initiatives
• Identify and manage interdependencies across platforms, domains, and business functions to minimize delivery risk and ensure seamless integration
• Monitor program health using datadriven insights and KPIs, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs to maintain delivery momentum
• Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and decisionmaking, ensuring alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities in a matrixed organization
• Champion agile and modern ways of working, enabling iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and faster time to value across programs
• Support financial tracking and investment alignment for platform programs, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with value creation goals
• Contribute to building digital program management capabilities, sharing best practices and continuously improving delivery standards across the Digital Organization

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or technology delivery roles
• Proven experience managing complex, crossfunctional programs in a digital, data, or platformdriven environment
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, product operating models, and how technology ecosystems enable scalable business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience working with agile methodologies and modern delivery practices in technology organizations
• High level of data literacy with the ability to use metrics and insights to drive decisionmaking and program performance
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams without direct authority
• Financial acumen with experience tracking program investments, budgets, and value realization
• Digital and AI fluency, with an understanding of how emerging technologies can be applied to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
