Accountable for the strategy for the Planning and Business Intelligence (EBS project portfolio, internal and external governance, and EBS budget lifecycle). This position will play a key role in implementing a project-oriented culture, acting as a coach, supporting the organization of work in the transition from a regional structure model to a Global Delivery Center, and mentoring and training new project managers. It will oversee the budget cycle for the EBS, any investments, PMO, or finance project-related activities, as well as support the EBS leadership in designing and solving strategy-related issues aligned with business strategy. Accountable for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive BI strategy. This position will act as a continuous improvement agent, working with Innovation and Digital Transformation teams, including GPOs Corporate functional laders, pursuing productivity and quality improvements.
What will you do:

Manage the EBS portfolio and project management team, ensuring adherence to methodologies and best practices.

Guide and train the team and monitor projects for timely completion.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and EBS organization.

Prepare project reports and presentations and develop metrics to measure process success.

Orchestrate the internal and external governance strategy and execution, partnering with the EBS functional areas to implement the routines, reports, and forums.

Support EBS governance management with Corporate Areas and GPOs.

Coach and train other EBS areas in project management, budget lifecycle, and governance.

Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring employees are appropriately skilled, trained, and developed in several different areas of expertise across geographies.
What will you need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Certification required.

10+ years of Project Management experience
