Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Physician Analytics to join our team. The Manager-Physician Analytics is responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, communicating, and overseeing provider compensation and reporting areas relating to processing and financial reporting of provider compensation. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining compensation principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely compensation to employed and contracted providers as well as recognition of compensation on financial statements.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience working with a hospital or healthcare organization is required.
  • 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate is preferred.
