  • Build aggregated reporting tables in Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms that can be utilized for replicable reporting needs

  • Design and execute complex analyses using large (and sometimes messy) datasets

  • Engage collaboratively across the team and with enterprise partners on various projects to support our Pharmacy Services growth and profitability goals

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of working knowledge and experience in analyzing large data sets

  • 4+ years of strong command of SQL, independently performing analysis, validation, and issue resolution across multiple data sources

  • 4+ years of demonstrated ability to exercise analytical judgment when validating dashboards, datasets, and AI-generated outputs—knowing when results are decision-ready versus investigatory

  • 3+ years advanced Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, conditional formatting, charts, graphs, VBA & macros, etc)

  • Working proficiency with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support code development/optimization, testing, documentation, or other reporting capabilities while adhering to enterprise AI governance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience using Python for data analysis and/or process automation, along with hands-on experience in GCP tools such as BigQuery and Vertex AI

  • Experience working with pharmacy data and applying analytics to drive insights and business decisions

  • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving capabilities, including experience in new product development or quantitative consulting environments
