Position Summary
The primary objective of the Manager, Pharmacy Operations is to be responsible for organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the Customer Service Department in to ensure that calls are accepted and placed in a professional and timely manner to ensure that prescription orders are processed efficiently and in a cost effectively to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability.  The Manager is also responsible ensuring that the activities of the Customer Service Department support the goals and objectives of the entire Pharmacy Operation and all the departments represented in the Pharmacy Operations area. 
Required Qualifications

  • Five years manager experience.
  • Two Years of Customer Service/Call Center management experience.
  • Must reside in a state with a CVS Specialty Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills ability to interact with all levels of personnel, patients and physicians.
  • Knowledge of the operation of ACD phone systems, quality monitoring/recording systems and processes as well as experience with workforce management software and ideologies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Project management and implementation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to be self-directed.
  • Manage the departmental budget (control payroll, overtime, outside labor, etc.)
  • Manage tne P & L to ensure profitability throughout the process.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with prescription and major medical benefits related to pharmacy products a plus.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
