Ipsen is seeking a dynamic Manager, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Partnering to lead and strengthen our global PV partnering activities. This is a high‑visibility role at the heart of ensuring patient safety, compliance, and operational excellence across our global commercial partnerships.
The Role
As Manager, PV Partnering, you will:
- Lead PV partnering strategy across a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring robust collaboration internally and externally.
- Ensure compliant, effective Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs)—from creation and maintenance to periodic review and termination.
- Oversee partner performance, monitoring PV obligations, KPIs, metrics, and governance processes.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement across PV processes.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, working closely with Global Patient Safety, Legal, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and affiliate teams.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Experience in pharmacovigilance or the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands‑on experience with PV agreements, partnering, and regulatory inspections
- Strong negotiation skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience
- Solid knowledge of pre‑ and post‑marketing PV legislation
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or business administration
- Fluency in English and French
