Summary Generated by Built In

Phare OS is transforming healthcare financial performance through an AI-driven platform that helps providers focus on delivering exceptional care. Serving many of the largest hospital systems in the U.S., Phare OS is the AI platform layer delivering measurable results across revenue cycle workflows.

The Manager, Phare OS Implementation leads day-to-day execution of client data onboarding, technical implementation, and early stabilization for Phare OS solutions. This role is initially focused on Phare Audit - our gateway product - with expansion across the full Phare OS suite as the portfolio grows. You will operate as the connective tissue between clients, product, engineering, commercial, and data teams to deliver high-quality, repeatable implementations at scale.

What you'll do:

  • Own implementation delivery from SOW through Go-Live and early stabilization - driving timeliness, data quality, and technical readiness.
  • Lead data & technical onboarding: manage data acquisition, ingestion, validation, and configuration; serve as the primary technical partner to client IT and data teams.
  • Build the playbook: design, refine, and document repeatable implementation processes and artifacts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Data Platform / CTDE teams to align technical delivery with operational adoption.
  • Report up to senior leadership on implementation health, risks, and outcomes.

Required qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years in healthcare technology implementations or data operations.
  • Deep healthcare domain experience, including working in HIPAA environments.
  • Exposure to HL7, FHIR, and SFTP integrations - able to speak the language with clients and engineering (build experience not required).
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client-facing presence.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%, including 3–5 days onsite in NYC within the first
    30 days.

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years of people management, mentoring, or player-coach experience (direct reports not required).
  • Hands-on SQL and data analysis experience.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background.
  • Experience with AI-driven or SaaS platform implementations.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.

What success looks like:

  • First 30 days: Intensive onboarding - shadow live client implementations, meet key cross-functional partners (Commercial, Product, Engineering, Data Platform, CTDE), review the internal knowledge base and onboarding materials, and spend 3–5 days onsite in NYC with the hiring manager.

  • By 90 days: Independently leading Phare Audit client implementations end-to-end, driving measurable value, and contributing to the implementation playbook.

Why this role:

  • Fast growth, high-impact work on products that can reshape the market.
  • Directly shape the implementation function for Phare OS from the ground up.
  • Highly collaborative, low-micromanagement culture with strong executive visibility.
