Job Summary:

Driving digital product sales to grow revenue and profitability of PFS Digital business and its contribution to overall PFS division.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Campaign / Initiatives Strategy & Execution:

  • Design, launch, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically aimed at driving digital product sales for the bank's digital banking platforms (www.hlb.com.my, hlislamic.com.my & HLB Connect App & website).
  • Prepare detailed proposals and business cases, including objectives, strategies, mechanics, and budget recommendations, to secure approval for marketing campaigns and initiatives required to drive Digital User Acquisition and Engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in the bank in delivering effective campaigns/initiatives/ journey or process enhancement that will achieve KRA targets and contribute to overall division profitability.
  • Stakeholders include but not limited to UI/IX team, branches, Product Teams, Product Support, Development Team, Design Team, IT, and Group Marketing, Compliance, Legal, etc. to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

2. Performance Measurement & Optimization:

  • Ensure all digital journeys for existing and new services/features are accurately tagged with Adobe and/or Google Analytics.
  • Utilize analytics data to track and monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions on enhancements or fixes required to optimize user experience, onboarding, and acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and ensure that platform and campaign performance targets are achieved as per established Key Result Areas (KRAs).

3. Reporting

  • Work with Data Analytics team and junior team members to prepare comprehensive performance updates and reports for all marketing and acquisition activities.

4. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to gain actionable insights. This includes identifying new opportunities, deepening understanding of customer needs, and analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses to inform the development of winning initiatives, offers, products, and services.

Requirements:

Education/Qualification

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong background with marketing, branding, analytical, partnership management, sales, P&L and project management is preferred.
  • Strong digital experience required.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, marketing, digital campaign management or equivalent experience.
  • Great stakeholder management capabilities - ability to set expectations, engage with, and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and marketing attribution models
  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills to relate to people of all levels.
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Great organizational, IT skills, business planning skills and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings succinctly to cross-functional business partners.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet the demands of the position.
  • A proven track record of developing, managing and delivering projects within agreed budget and timescale.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
