In this role, your goals will be:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce and search marketing strategies to support business goals, including driving revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of digital media performance campaigns, including paid search, PMax, onsite media, shopping ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment and support overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in e-commerce and search marketing, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with solid experience in e-commerce and search engine marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute digital media strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at the same time.
