Job Description

Manager - Performance MarketingThis position is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to drive
performance marketing analytics initiatives within the Ecommerce vertical. The role requires strong expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with Python experience considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will leverage these skills to analyze marketing data, optimize campaigns, and support data driven decision making to enhance business outcomes.


Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and support marketing
analytics initiatives.

Apply Python knowledge (where applicable) to automate tasks and enhance data analysis
processes.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with external partners in the ecommerce
industry to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

Demonstrate an in
depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management to
optimize marketing performance.

Leverage prior experience or knowledge of ecommerce marketplace advertising setups to
improve campaign effectiveness.

Communicate insights clearly through excellent written and verbal communication skills
to stakeholders across teams.

Understand the intersection of technology and business data to identify opportunities
and drive actionable marketing strategies.

Apply domain knowledge of Pharma and Consumer Goods to identify growth
opportunities and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
