Pay Range:

$51.05 - $76.60

Major Responsibilities:
Lead the performance insights lifecycle following report validation, including analysis, visualization, and interpretation of
performance data.
• Partner with Enterprise Reporting to ensure insights are based on trusted, standardized datasets and KPI definitions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and insight tools that track performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Conduct trend analysis, root‑cause analysis, and opportunity identification across revenue cycle functions.
Facilitate performance discussions with senior leadership for identification and prioritization of enterprise performance
improvement initiatives.
Translate stakeholder requests into analytical deliverables supporting government reporting, integration efforts, business
development, and service line needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop analysts; establish quality and consistency standards for insights deliverables.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, confidentiality, and ethical use of information.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Work Experience Required:
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle performance analysis, or strategic reporting.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating analysts in a formal or matrixed environment.

• Demonstrated experience translating data into operational strategies and performance improvement actions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and influence operational decision‑making.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer dynamics, and denial management concepts.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptability to evolving tools, technologies, and business needs.
• Occasional travel to meetings or operational sites may be required.
• No unusual physical demands.
• Exposed to a normal office environment.

Preferred Job Requirements
Preferred Certification/License/Registration
• Lean/Six Sigma, HFMA, or comparable continuous improvement credentials.
Preferred Education
• Master’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Advanced proficiency in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and enterprise data environments.
