Mastercard's People & Capability (P&C) Product organization is evolving toward an integrated, value driven product ecosystem that delivers a scalable, end to end employee experience across the hire to retire journey.
We are hiring a Manager, Product Management - Talent & Rewards to lead the strategy, integration, and delivery of talent, compensation, and benefits related products within the P&C ecosystem. This role will help define the future state model for how technology and automation support talent management, development, and rewards outcomes.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Talent & Rewards products, shaping vision, roadmap, and delivery in partnership with HR COEs, Engineering, and Experience Owners. You will apply deep HR technology expertise to deliver scalable solutions that improve performance and talent management, compensation planning, skill development and career growth, while driving measurable business and employee outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management • Manage portions of the Talent & Rewards product strategy, aligned to P&C, COE, and Experience visions. • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring global scalability and cross platform alignment• Translate Talent & Rewards strategies and business needs into clear product vision, user journeys, and scalable design patterns. • Establish and track success metrics for technology enabled outcomes (e.g., career mobility, skills insights, retention
Talent & Rewards Product Expertise• Lead the design and delivery of Talent & Rewards solutions in partnership with Talent & Org Effectiveness, Total Rewards, Service Delivery, and Operations. • Assess the Talent & Rewards technology landscape, identifying opportunities, risks, and complexities (e.g., compliance, data quality). • Partner with P&C Engineering to deliver integrations, data conversions, and code based solutions across the HR tech ecosystem. • Ensure alignment between Workday and the broader HR technology stack throughout planning and execution.
Cross Functional Leadership & Influence• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, HR COEs, and third party partners to manage dependencies, guide integration decisions, and drive accountability. • Influence stakeholders on technology, process, and governance implications of product decisions. • Represent P&C Product in Talent & Rewards forums and readiness reviews. • Bring external market insights and best practices into product strategy and delivery.
Qualifications• Experience leading product and/or technology solutions in Talent and/or Rewards domains. Product Management, or HRIS, with a track record of delivering complex, cross functional initiatives. • Strong understanding of HR operating models and platforms such as Workday or similar systems• Proficiency in product management practices and agile delivery, including tools such as Jira. • Ability to translate talent and rewards strategies into clear product direction and measurable outcomes. • Strong communication, curioristy, influence, and partnership skills, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $150,000 - $254,000 USD
