What you'll be doing...
The Manager, Pension Accounting & Contract Review supports the leadership and operations of our Pension Accounting/Contract department. You’ll oversee daily departmental functions, lead and develop staff, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes and contract review activities. This position plays a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and serving as a liaison with internal teams, employers, and union representatives.
- Supervise departmental operations, including oversight of Supervisors and Staff Assistants.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in accounting functions and contract review processes.
- Review and approve labor agreements, extension agreements, and addendums for compliance.
- Communicate with Local Unions and Employers to resolve contract and accounting issues.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate system updates, releases, and procedural documentation.
- Assist senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Perform departmental payroll and other related administrative duties.

- Salary range of $8,440 - $11,420 per month (pay dependent on experience & qualifications)
