Lyra Health is looking for a Manager for the Payer Integration team.
Responsibilities:
Manage team of Payer Integration Managers, with primary role to get health plan integrations across the finish line with customers and provide strategic support to organization about working with payers through future initiatives
Act as cross-functional Subject-Matter expert related to the Health Plan Integration (HPI) product offered to customers (including training, problem solving and providing input to product as needed)
Support partnerships related to HPI work including business development, product design and creating an optimal member/customer experience
Participate in Sales conversations as needed to help support and qualify the product’s implementation with the customer health plan
Provide consultation related to payer integration and billing to support future Lyra products and services
Work closely with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan/Health system and Customer Support teams to identify trends in member concerns and consider updates as needed including work with provider team
Assist product team in documentation and conversations with health plans and customers related to HPI launch and ongoing support
Develop relationships with key players at health plans to facilitate integrations and customer support
Help solve complex set-up challenges with different health plans
Display agility and comfort with ambiguity to adapt and adjust to the market, the state of the organization and quickly shifting priorities
Requirements:
10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment
College degree or years of applicable manager experience
Experience in employer-sponsored health benefits space and preferably experience working with or for a health plan
Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
Excellent listening and communication skills - both oral and written with an emphasis on gaining trust and credibility, building relationship at all organizational levels both external and internally
Ability to solve problems in a highly collaborative manager
Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to build processes that can scale
Experience working with customers, implementing digital products/services including coordination with health plans
Passion for working in collaboration across internal teams, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders
Skills Required
