JOB TITLE: Director Partnerships & Growth
PURPOSE:
To design, build, and scale SSI’s strategic partnership ecosystem by recruiting high-impact partners, enabling joint go-to-market motions, and driving sustainable revenue growth through partner-led channels aligned with organizational priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard strategic partners, including leading technology vendors, consulting firms, and system integrators such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, and SAP.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual value, long-term collaboration, and scalable growth.
- Design standardized partner onboarding, enablement, and operational integration frameworks.
- Build a diversified partner portfolio aligned with company offerings, target markets, and growth strategy.
- Partner Management & Enablement
- Serve as executive relationship owner for strategic partners, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute partner engagement models including enablement programs, training, certifications, and playbooks.
- Organize partner workshops, joint planning sessions, webinars, and ecosystem collaboration initiatives.
- Continuously assess partner health and performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Channel Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue through partner-led sales motions, co-sell programs, and joint solution offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design partner go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and joint value propositions.
- Track and report partner channel performance including pipeline, revenue contribution, win rates, and deal velocity.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and co-selling opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
- Program Strategy & Operations
- Build and scale a structured partner program including tiering models, incentives, governance frameworks, and success metrics.
- Develop standardized processes, operating models, templates, and playbooks for partner recruitment, onboarding, and sales collaboration.
- Ensure alignment between partnerships, sales strategy, product roadmap, and delivery capabilities.
- Continuously refine the partner program to improve effectiveness, partner ROI, and business outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development within technology, software development, or consulting environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems and driving revenue through channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, executive relationship management, communication, and program leadership skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
