The Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Partner Services the The Manager of Partner Services oversees a team of Partner Advisors, each supporting a specific territory as part of a larger geographic region. The responsibilities of this position include leading the team to drive revenue for the brands they support within the assigned geography through the successful implementation of marketing strategies, team development, and creative thinking. You will implement new technologies and develop innovative communication pathways to add value to Salon Customers through a virtual environment. The Manager of Partner Services is directly responsible for achieving all KPI's.

What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to empower Partner Advisors with the tools required to increase revenue within their assigned areas. Lead by example through direct Customer communication and engagement.
- Implement metrics that ensure KPI attainment. Set expectations on the use of all systems including Salesforce, Salon Shop, Customer Support, Outlook Calendar Planning, Order Processing, Outbound vs. Inbound activity ratios. Measure success by monitoring and coaching to these parameters regularly.
- Support sell-in and sell-through strategies of Kao Marketing Initiatives. Measure the success of each territory and whole geographic area of responsibility through the attainment of sales budgets and KPI's.
- Create an environment that welcomes new and innovative concepts to drive sales and support customers virtually. Encourage frequent communication, and lead team calls regularly to ensure a collaborative framework exists in a remote setting.
- Create powerful, trusting relationships with Direct Reports, Colleagues, and Customers. Be a coach for the team by identifying areas of opportunity to ensure their professional development is advancing at a steady pace. Encourage collaboration between Partner Advisors and Field Teams to deliver results against company objectives. Always provide the very best “white glove” service to every customer.
- Schedule regular one on one and team calls as well as quarterly in person strategy meetings to encourage relationship building and collaboration.
