  • Process Excellence: Manage the end-to-end execution of operational workstreams for Partner Onboarding and Technical Implementation, identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Systems Coordination: Coordinate and manage technical updates for Partner systems and tooling (e.g., CRM/Salesforce), collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure tools meet the needs of the Sales and Success teams.
  • Impact Analysis: Analyze and communicate the operational impact of process changes, identifying risks to workflow efficiency and providing clear updates to functional leads.
Data Quality & Maintenance
  • Integrity Oversight: Maintain and oversee data integrity for the Partner Network, ensuring consistent cleanliness and accuracy across associated systems through regular audits and process enforcement.
  • Reporting Support: Ensure data reliability across the partner and property lifecycle to support accurate reporting and Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics.
Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Enablement Execution: Execute internal enablement programs that support partner success and promote consistent operational practices across the Sales and Success teams.
  • Collaborative Alignment: Build strong relationships with internal peers to ensure operational alignment and support the achievement of team-wide performance goals.
