As our Manager, Partner Marketing, you are a key stakeholder in developing, executing, and scaling Bombora’s GTM strategies to support our partner ecosystem and drive growth through the partner channel. By working with Bombora’s largest and most strategic partners to enhance the value of our solutions and accelerate sales through the adoption of those solutions, this role is a critical arm of the marketing team.
The Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for working directly with our strategic channel partners and cross-functionally with teams across the Bombora organization, including partnerships, sales, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders, to establish new partnerships and develop and execute adoption strategies for existing partners.
You will….
- Collaborate with internal teams and external strategic partners to align marketing efforts and maximize impact for Bombora and our partner organizations
- Handle all marketing duties related to launching new partnerships, such as welcoming the partner and acting as the face of marketing, collecting critical company and joint value information, and collaborating on GTM strategies to announce and promote the partnership
- Assist in the development of partner marketing materials, including collaborating with our Content team on social posts, press releases, and blogs, and with internal SMEs and our Design team on creating digital assets and educational resources that help create awareness around the value Bombora creates with partners, driving usage and adoption
- Coordinate and curate partner events (e.g. in person, digital) to educate and engage our audience, and drive leads and adoption
- Source, write, and promote joint case studies and other proof points that highlight successful outcomes for end customers who use Bombora’s solutions through partners
- Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and the Channel team (which includes our full Partner Sales team,) to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
You have…
- 3+ years in B2B strategic partner marketing role at a programmatic media buying platform, 3rd party data platform, marketing technology platform, DaaS or SaaS company
- Ability to think critically and be data-driven to solve problems with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while setting up measurement frameworks and tracking results
- Experience with webinar platforms and event management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues, management, and partners
Bonus points for…
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress, SalesHood)
Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00 an hour, 25 - 30 hours per week. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
