Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
You will work on the strategy, implementation, execution, and analysis of campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including involvement in setting objectives, monitoring results, preparing reports, recommending optimizations, and overseeing billing. Your role will help ensure a superior level of service for our clients, fostering long-lasting and trustworthy relationships.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Define strategic guidelines under the supervision of your superior and be responsible for meeting the established KPIs.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and ensure KPIs are met.
If required, eventually supervise the work of more junior team members directly responsible for implementation.
Prepare reports and analyze data on results.
Monitor optimization results and provide new recommendations.
Ability to build strong relationships with the teams you work with.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients through precise and timely communication.
Develop and maintain relationships with media partners to promote growth in campaign performance.
Ability to collaborate in creating and executing media plans with other channel areas with a comprehensive and consistent approach to client brand communication.
If required by your team, train junior members, supporting their development and task execution.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 4 years of experience.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.
Proficiency in the Paid Social Meta Ads platform and other Paid Social platforms.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience and ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data.
Enthusiastic about data analysis and curious about the topic.
Accuracy in execution, quality control through Q&A, and compliance with deadlines.
Organizational skills and project management capability.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment.
