The Role

We're seeking a data-driven Manager, SEM Shopping Ads to lead the development and execution of high-performing paid search campaigns, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Shopping ads. You'll use AI-powered tools and your strategic expertise to drive exceptional revenue growth focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM and Shopping campaign strategies, utilizing AI for creative optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance across all metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends in SEM and Shopping advertising, particularly advancements in AI automation and machine learning.
  • Coordinate the management of the day-to-day campaign operations with our agency, including reporting, promotion management, billing, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (creative, finance, legal, merchandising) and external agency partners.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement focused on program growth of our 12 brands.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.

  • 5+ years of experience in SEM and Shopping advertising management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving significant revenue growth through paid search campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of SEM and Shopping campaign optimization strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Expertise in using AI-powered marketing tools and platforms to automate tasks, optimize campaigns, and gain data-driven insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in using marketing attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in developing and managing Shopping feeds and testing.
  • Experience working with a large e-commerce platform.
