The Role

Manulife is establishing a Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to improve its position as a digital customer leader. We are looking for an innovative Media Analytics Manager to join their global distributed group.

This role involves producing insights from marketing data, leading quantitative and qualitative research on media performance, providing actionable recommendations, and work with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Power BI to deliver insights through reports and analysis. The ideal person will make a difference by acting as a liaison marketing teams and data authorities, helping everyone work together better. It involves understanding how customers relate to marketing efforts, from first contact to long-term engagement, and using that information to improve the overall customer experience and marketing results.

This initiative combines Marketing Technology and Demand Generation to build tailored customer journeys using connected data, which improves brand awareness, traffic, leads, sales, and dedication.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis across media platforms and offer strategic recommendations to optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with the media team.
  • Lead initiatives to analyze data relevant to business needs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Build data visualization reports to communicate key trends and insights, supporting decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions and evaluate the efficiency of strategies.
  • Manage communication between marketing and Martech implementation to ensure all the paid media campaigns are tagged at efficient taxonomy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years proven experience in a similar role preferably with a B2B and B2B2C background
  • Experience with digital marketing campaign analysis.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
  • Experience with digital media and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Media Platforms (Google Marketing Platform, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Understand the nuances between the different channels and media platforms to ask the right questions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial industry is helpful.
  • Proven technical proficiency (i.e., use of software tools, coding experience, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of database management and SQL.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
