As part of the P&O (People & Organization) Strategy & Effectiveness Team, the Communications, Change and Community Team (CCC) helps bring the P&O strategy to life and strengthen the function's collective momentum. We keep stakeholders informed, connected, and engaged by driving clear, timely communications; managing change; and building community.
This role works closely with other P&O communicators and project managers to understand emerging needs and ensure that communications and change strategies advance P&O's Shared Agenda. They also collaborate directly with senior stakeholders—priority owners, Center of Expertise leaders, and subject-matter experts—to ensure content, initiatives, and engagement opportunities elevate the Shared Agenda’s impact. They spotlight progress, connect critical efforts, and facilitate transparent, meaningful communication. Whether through clear communications, structured forums, or direct stakeholder touchpoints, this role ensures Associates have the information they need, when they need it. The role operates with a global lens and requires strong learning and organizational agility to support CCC’s evolving role.
What will be your responsibilities?
Manage the end-to-end, integrated communications strategy for all P&O Signature Processes to create a clear, impactful end-user experience.
Develop and deliver concise, compelling content across multiple channels so Associates have the information they need when they need it.
Collaborate with Signature Process/priority owners, Internal Communications, and MGS to drive effective communications and capability building across our audiences, applying strong customer focus throughout.
Track, analyze, and report on CCC effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute as a P&O Communicators’ forum member to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Partner on P&O community engagement and knowledge management activations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in communications or related field
Advanced degree a plus
Communication and storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex topics into engaging, impactful content. Skilled in tailoring messages for different audiences.
Operational excellence: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
Digital fluency: Familiarity with collaboration platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools to enhance engagement efforts and user experience.
Organizational agility: Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with confidence, moving work forward through both formal channels and informal networks. Able to learn quickly without extensive direction, bringing curiosity and resourcefulness to new challenges.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
