Oracle HCM Benefits & Absence Implementation Leader - U.S. or Canada
Responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules across all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. This role serves as a functional subject matter expert in areas such as benefits plan configuration, eligibility rules, life event processing, accruals, and leave policies. It partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex benefits and absence policies into scalable, system-driven solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. The lead also facilitates design workshops, supports testing cycles, and resolves functional issues to ensure successful solution delivery.
Additionally, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate Benefits and Absence with Core HR, Payroll, and other modules, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance. Throughout the implementation lifecycle, the lead provides guidance, documentation, and mentoring to team members while driving high-quality, compliant workforce management solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
Experience as a functional application specialist
Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
Canadian citizenship is needed for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.
The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000.00 - $170,000 (U.S.). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
