What You'll Do:
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support business decision making. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Operations to provide insightful financial analysis.
  • Manages and supports planning processes for the annual budget, forecast updates, financial reports and dashboards, and other financial requirements
  • Provides variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and making recommendations to improve performance
  • Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance and to identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly
  • Prepares financial reports, dashboards, and board materials
  • Works with the Demand Planning group to develop detailed product level sales forecasts
  • Provides financial support to all operating departments
  • Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies. Works on implementation to deliver cost savings
  • Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans and operating forecasts
  • Develop financial models to analyze business performance, evaluate new initiatives and support business planning
  • Assists with Banking, Audit, and Due Diligence requests as needed
  • Develops financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Assists in supporting pricing strategy and margin analysis
  • Conducts ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!
  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the Consumer Products industry
  • Expert level in Excel software; Experience with PowerPoint, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle), Planning systems and Power BI experience preferable
  • Organized and detail-oriented: ability to handle multiple competing priorities and adapt to a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Effective Communication skills: strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines timely and efficiently, and prepare detailed and accurate analyses
  • Analytical: Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, and uses business knowledge and experience to complement data

Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000
