Role Responsibilities

Drive strategic project deployments for the Agent/Partners throughout their lifecycle.

Own gathering of requirements for new enhancements.

Generate point of sale technology and digital initiatives, new product roll outs, manage fraud prevention at POS working closely with all Operations Technology departments, and large implementations of corporate initiatives with Global scope.

Work with cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between the regions and corporate functions during the planning and execution of strategic projects, including cross border omni-channel enhancements, to identify opportunities to improve the cross-channel experience and manage fraud prevention at POS by working closely with Fraud and Risk departments.
Role Requirements

Bachelors degree in Technology or Business.

Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in the retail consumer financial services/ payment services organizations with emphasis on technology and process or product management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing large global cross-functional programs, with ability to network and communicate across all functions and management levels.

ABMT Digital certification owner, responsible to ensure digital certifications procedures are properly and timely executed, certification statement submitted on a quarterly basis or upon request from Requestor.

Subject matter expert for agent facing technologies.

Documentation and presentation skills combined with analytical mindset are key components to succeed in this role.

Any other related experience working with Global Retail products and technologies emphasis will make you stand out!

Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 3633 – 5783 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
