Position Summary...The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive business objectives. This role involves analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position requires strong leadership in resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and process optimization to deliver measurable results. The Manager fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while supporting associate development and maintaining compliance with company standards.

What you'll do...About the team:
The team enhances quality and accuracy within Seller Marketplace operations by developing advanced AI investigative tools that improve escalation speed and case management precision. Collaborating across functions, the team drives operational excellence through data analysis, process improvements, and innovative solutions. Members manage projects, optimize workflows, and support business goals with a focus on accountability and effective communication. This environment encourages continuous improvement to meet evolving marketplace demands and uphold high standards in operational performance.
 
What you'll do:

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee resource allocation, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals and drive execution.
• Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all operations.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
