What your new challenge will look like
Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
Monitoring logistics performance and costs
Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

You hold a master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
You have initial experience in team management and development

You have advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (in particular Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems
You show a strong interest in the transport and logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment with extensive use of remote communication tools
Excellent communication skills in English are required. Italian and/or French are a plus.

Skills Required
