• Die Erreichung aller qualitativen und quantitativen Zielvorgaben – von Kosten über Ergebnisse bis hin zur operativen Exzellenz – liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
• Mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führungskompetenz leiten Sie Ihr Team engagiert und fördern gezielt die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
• Verbesserungspotenziale in Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen erkennen Sie frühzeitig und setzen Optimierungen konsequent um – für eine zukunftsorientierte Produktion
• Bestehende Fertigungstechnologien werden von Ihnen analysiert, um moderne Konzepte zur Effizienzsteigerung und technischen Weiterentwicklung zu entwickeln
• Ihre Expertise fließt aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems ein – digitale Prozesse gestalten Sie dabei maßgeblich mit.
• Die Prinzipien des Lean Managements setzen Sie nicht nur um, sondern verankern sie auch nachhaltig in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
• Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Aufgaben, die sich aus dem Tagesgeschäft oder strategischen Projekten ergeben.

ENGLISH

• Responsible for managing and controlling the production, maintenance and toolmaking departments - with a clear focus on quality, efficiency and innovation
• Ensure all qualitative and quantitative targets are met - from costs and results to operational excellence
• Lead your team with expertise and commitment, both from a technical and disciplinary perspective, and actively promote the further development of your employees
• Identify potential for improvement in processes and production sequences and consistently implement optimizations - for future-oriented production
• Analyse existing production technologies and develop modern concepts for increasing efficiency and technical development.
• Contribute your expertise to the further development of our ERP system and actively help shape digital processes
• Implement lean management principles and anchor them sustainably in your area of responsibility
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 7 Jahre) in der Automobilzulieferindustrie – idealerweise in einer leitenden, produktionsnahen Funktion
• Führungskompetenz, die sich in der erfolgreichen Leitung von Teams und im Aufbau einer leistungsstarken Arbeitskultur zeigt
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lean Management sowie Erfahrung mit kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)
• Ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke, gepaart mit klarer Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
• Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office sowie in ERP-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, mit denen Sie sich souverän in einem internationalen Umfeld bewegen

ENGLISH

• A successfully completed degree in technical or business administration - or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (at least 7 years) in the automotive supply industry - ideally in a managerial, production-related role
• Leadership skills demonstrated in successfully leading teams and building a high-performance work culture
• Sound knowledge of lean management and experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP)
• A confident demeanour, negotiation skills and assertiveness, coupled with clear communication at all levels
• Very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English, with which you can move confidently in an international environment
