WHAT WE’LL NEED

We are seeking a Manager, Ops Integration to represent the voice of Operations at our Global Success Center. This role will support and execute operational initiatives that improve the Guest experience and translate cross-functional plans into clear, practical restaurant procedures.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role will independently lead defined projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Partner with our internal Ops team and Brand Partners (franchisees) to communicate Ops procedure changes, gather feedback, and support adoption.

  • Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and results to project teams, functional leaders, and other stakeholders.

  • Build effective working relationships and align project partners around shared objectives.

  • Work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Must be able to adjust priorities and support change implementation.

  • Spend time in our restaurants as needed to understand operational realities, validate solutions, and support execution.

  • This role is currently an individual contributor and is expected to influence through partnership and execution.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations

  • 2+ years in a corporate operations, field leadership, or cross-functional project role

  • Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators preferred

  • Demonstrated experience managing defined cross-functional projects or workstreams through implementation

  • Comfort using operational data and KPIs to inform recommendations

  • Ability to identify process gaps and develop practical solutions

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress

  • Strong operational judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Adaptable, agile, and comfortable supporting change

  • Able to navigate and drive progress through ambiguity 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field required

  • Relevant certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
