Job Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the end-to-end governance of Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Internal Audit engagements, and Regulatory Reviews across Operations functions.
Provide strategic direction to ensure findings are appropriately challenged, well-substantiated, and comprehensively documented, with robust remediation plans, clear ownership, and timely closure in line with regulatory and internal standards. - Drive and continuously enhance the Operations Quality Assurance (QA) framework across customer and health operations.
Establish risk-based QA programs, define key control checkpoints, and ensure QA outcomes are systematically embedded into control improvements, training, and operational processes. - Own and lead the Operations AI Governance and Control Framework across the full AI lifecycle.
Set direction on AI risk classification, governance requirements, and control standards; oversee AI use case inventory and approvals; and ensure AI solutions are implemented with strong governance, transparency, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal policies. - Govern and review Local and Group reporting for operations risk, audit, and compliance matters.
Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, and complete, with clear and defensible narratives for senior management and Group stakeholders, and proactively identify emerging risk themes for escalation. - Act as a trusted advisor and key decision contributor on strategic and transformation initiatives across Operations.
Provide leadership on risk, compliance, and governance considerations to ensure initiatives are designed and executed in alignment with ERM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, enabling sustainable and controlled business growth. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Business Units to strengthen the overall control environment and ensure consistency in governance practices.
- Build and develop a high-performing governance team, setting clear expectations, strengthening technical capabilities in risk and control, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, FRM, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in operations governance, risk management, audit, or compliance, with demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing governance frameworks, including QA, RCSA, audit management, and regulatory compliance within complex operational environments.
- Strong experience in AI governance, emerging technology risk management, and control frameworks, with the ability to translate evolving regulatory expectations into practical governance practices.
- Ability to provide strategic oversight while maintaining strong attention to detail, including reviewing process documentation, control design, and root cause analysis with clear linkage to remediation actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive alignment across functions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, with experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- High proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong communication and presentation skills.
