Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to join our team and contribute to the successful launch and operation of our world-class entertainment projects. In this role, you will support the operational readiness process by coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in overseeing readiness assessments, training initiatives, and operational processes that align with the company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing operational readiness plans across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather operational requirements and address readiness gaps.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate operational preparedness prior to project launch.
- Support training programs that equip staff with necessary operational skills and knowledge.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and suggest continuous improvements.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a customer-focused culture to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational readiness or operations management, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives.
· Knowledge of local cultural and business environments in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
· Demonstrated proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
