Within the Commercial Development & Omnichannel Trade Marketing team, the Manager, Omnichannel Trade Marketing, is responsible for executing retailer-specific omnichannel marketing initiatives that drive consumer acquisition, conversion, and brand visibility across retailer.com ecosystems. This role supports the development and execution of digital trade marketing programs, retail media campaigns, digital merchandising, and omnichannel activations across key retail partners.
The Manager serves as the operational lead for assigned initiatives, ensuring flawless execution across retailer digital platforms, while partnering closely with Omnichannel Trade Marketing leadership, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Retail Partners.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Brand Marketing, Sales, Education, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Sales Operations, and Retail Partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-Day Missions
Omnichannel Execution
- Execute retailer-specific omnichannel trade marketing plans across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Support implementation of retailer.com activation strategies aligned to brand priorities.
- Coordinate launch plans, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial moments.
Retail Media & Digital Campaign Support
- Support execution of retail media campaigns across onsite and offsite channels.
- Track campaign performance across paid search, paid social, display, email, and emerging media.
- Assist in optimizing media placements based on performance insights.
Digital Merchandising & Content Execution
- Manage execution of PDP updates, content uploads, and product launches across retailer platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across digital shelf environments.
- Support merchandising updates that improve visibility and conversion.
Omnichannel Activation Support
- Support development and execution of CRM, sampling, gifting, and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Assist in connecting digital campaigns with in-store or experiential activations.
- Support retailer-specific omnichannel initiatives in partnership with Trade Marketing teams.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPI performance across retailer.com ecosystems.
- Support reporting on sales, traffic, conversion, and media effectiveness.
- Identify execution gaps and opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Education, and Retail Partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven digital leader with expertise in omnichannel retail, digital commerce, retail media, and consumer engagement. They possess strong business acumen, retailer relationship management skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
They are equally comfortable developing a three-year omnichannel growth strategy, negotiating retailer marketing investments, evaluating media performance, or coaching team members on digital commerce best practices.
This individual combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and serves as a key partner in shaping the future of omnichannel growth.
