Job DescriptionTo lead and grow the Ocean Export product by delivering operational excellence, driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
- Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through effective succession planning, coaching, and talent development.
