What you’ll do:
Read and understand clinical trial protocols to identify high-fidelity patient matches for various cancer types in both oncology and hematology
Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information for trial matches
Evaluate patients against specific genetic and clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria using various Tempus systems
Develop strategies alongside Site Operations and Pharma Operations to increase patient enrollment through site management and engagement
Manage high priority client relationships and resolve escalations with health systems and sponsors
Manage workloads, responsibilities, and prioritization across the TIME Network
Manage and retain a team of clinical research nurse navigators
Report to leadership weekly on team output, blockers, and performance issues
Required Knowledge and Skills
Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
Experience working with Oncology patients for clinical research
3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience managing teams of at least 4 people
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Obsessive attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment

Illinois Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
