About the Role:
The Manager of the Keith Haring Nurse Practitioner (NP) Postgraduate Fellowship in LGBTQ+ Health is responsible for the overall operations, administration, and continuous improvement of the Fellowship program. This role oversees Fellow experience from recruitment through program completion, including scheduling, clinical and educational programming, onboarding, evaluation, and accreditation.
Working closely with the Medical Director and senior leadership, the Manager ensures a high-quality training experience while advancing program goals, maintaining accreditation standards, and supporting Callen-Lorde’s mission to provide affirming, patient-centered care to LGBTQ+ communities.
As the Manager, NP Fellowship Program, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the annual application and selection process, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and communication with applicants.
- Oversee onboarding of Fellows in partnership with HR, including contracts, licensure tracking, and required documentation.
- Develop and manage all Fellow schedules, including clinical sessions, didactic programming, and external rotations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Fellows, preceptors, faculty, leadership, external partners, and prospective applicants.
- Manage day-to-day Fellowship operations, ensuring smooth execution of all clinical, educational, and administrative activities.
- Implement and maintain evaluation processes for Fellows and preceptors; support performance management in collaboration with the Fellowship Director.
- Partner with analytics teams to track program outcomes, analyze performance data, and present findings to leadership, board members, and funders.
- Coordinate Fellowship re-accreditation processes, including documentation, reporting, and submission to accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor program budgets, manage funding sources, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Drive ongoing program enhancements through data-informed decision-making, strategic planning, and alignment with organizational priorities and accreditation standards.

This is a full-time and hybrid position.

- Master’s degree required; NP or PA Licensure preferred
- 3+ years of Management experience
- 3+ years experience running NP Fellowship programs
- 2+ years strategic program design and implantation experienc
- Experience with budgeting, grant reporting, and endowment management
- Scheduling experience, familiarity with EPIC
- Experience with accreditation process preferred
