About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

What you'll do

Deal support & structuring (subscription + services)

  • Provide consultative guidance on deal structure, positioning, and pricing approaches across new business, renewals, and expansions, including multi-year subscriptions, ramps, bundling, multi-currency considerations, and non-standard payment terms.
  • Support services quoting in partnership with Professional Services/Delivery (e.g., SOW inputs, rate cards, milestones/acceptance, phasing, and implementation assumptions), ensuring alignment between subscription scope and services scope.

Governance, approvals & documentation (recommend + route)

  • Ensure deal intake requirements are met and that deal submissions include complete, audit-ready documentation (pricing rationale, exception justification, and required artifacts).
  • Recommend paths forward on discounts and non-standard arrangements and route exceptions through the established approval matrix; track approvals to completion and ensure required reviews (Finance, Legal, Security, Delivery) are completed and documented.
  • Maintain consistent application of commercial policies, contracting standards, and required review steps while balancing speed, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

Contracting collaboration (coordinate redlines)

  • Coordinate commercial term discussions and redlines with Sales; propose business positions and partner with Legal to review and finalize contract language.
  • Partner with Finance to confirm deal setup supports booking and revenue recognition requirements and to surface risks early.

Operational execution & stakeholder management

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support in a high-volume environment, providing an initial response within 24 hours for Deal Desk intake and escalation requests, and proactively managing stakeholder expectations on timelines for complex quotes and approvals.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex deals by synthesizing inputs, assessing options and risks, and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders and approvers.

Tools, process improvement & reporting

  • Execute quoting and governance workflows in Salesforce CPQ; identify friction points and partner with RevOps Systems to implement improvements (requirements definition, UAT/testing, rollout support).
  • Track and report operational KPIs (cycle time/SLA attainment, exception drivers, quote accuracy, rework drivers, services attach trends) and propose targeted improvements to increase speed, consistency, and predictability.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Commercial Finance, RevOps, or Sales Operations—ideally in B2B SaaS / enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs (discounting, multi-year, ramps, bundles) and services quoting concepts (rate cards, milestones/acceptance, phasing, and margin considerations in partnership with Delivery/Finance).
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-volume environment with tight turnarounds; strong prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
  • Salesforce experience required; Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred. Comfort interpreting financial data and communicating recommendations clearly.
  • Business fluency in English required; French is a plus.

Success measures

Success in this role includes:

  • Consistent achievement of the 24-hour initial response SLA while maintaining high-quality guidance and documentation.
  • Improved quote accuracy and fewer downstream corrections/rework.
  • Complete and consistent exception documentation and approval routing.
  • Reduced recurring deal blockers through playbooks and CPQ/process enhancements.
  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction from Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services.
