  • Develop a long-term business plan for new opportunities; identify potential partnerships and approaches to launch our new verticals
  • Negotiate business models with external parties
  • Manage launches and ongoing new verticals operations
  • Assess and prioritize; get buy-in from executive stakeholders with a compelling and succinctly communicated story
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get buy-in on strategy, approach, and what’s needed to operationalize
  • Monitor and analyze performance of the new verticals strategy
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes, especially within the LGBTQ+ community

What we'll love about you

  • 4-6+ years of total experience between Banking/Consulting and Startups/Tech
  • Experience identifying markets, sizing business opportunities, and developing and executing a go-to-market playbook
  • Strong project management skills and autonomy
  • A strategic thinker with strong business acumen who’s equally excited about planning and doing the work
  • Experience researching, drafting, and presenting briefings for high-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

We'll Really Swoon If You Have
