The Role:
We are seeking a manager who leads NPI team in KSP. The core purposes are,
Pull new products into Operation in timely manner with no surprise working with Production, Quality, procurement as well as NPD and BU so KSP operation can meet or exceed market expectation.
Lead and support POR transfer so Entegris has right capability and capacity to supply products for market with minimum lead time and cost.
Support operation initiatives so KSP operation can meet KPIs.
Support KSP operation to be self-sufficient HVM plant
In this role you will:
Supervise team to achieve the core purposes.
Allocate team member(s) to projects and support to achieve project specific targets
Lead solving critical problems, working with other key functions
Train team members to acquire right skills and knowledge to execute right jobs.
Update team activity/project status regularly to key stake holders outside of team.
Negotiate and Determine priorities working with other functional leaders.
Maintain and improve safety culture among teams.
Strategize new manufacturing capability introduction for long term success

Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Experience in managing team with >5 engineers for >5 years.
