The Role
Job Description
The Manager, Network Planning is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to be a part of the journey and help influence Kraft Heinz in its transformation goals. The individual will work on a team to design best-in-class end-to-end supply chain strategies implementation for Kraft Heinz North America. This highly motivated individual will lead and support strategic decision-making by providing analysis and insights to leadership and identify critical projects and routines to improve network performance and costs. This is a key role in driving supply chain results for the business. The individual will identify and act on inefficiencies and build cross functional collaboration initiatives across the operations functions.
What's on the Menu:
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end cycles of supply chain planning initiatives including but not limited to data management, warehouse management, transportation management and budget management
  • Perform analytical reviews/validation of network flows to drive short to midterm efficiency
  • Design distribution and risk mitigation strategies for the business to deliver cost savings
  • Own routines, develop, track and drive results for Key Performance Indicators
  • Provide thorough analysis to manage end-to-end supply chain network capacities
  • Facilitate short-term network balancing and prevent capacity issues across the warehouse network; identify alternatives to meet business needs
  • Work in conjunction with the Network Design recommendations to ensure feasibility and the best decisions for the business are executed
  • Influence teams ba sed on data-driven recommendations
  • Manage projects through execution
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Serve as center of excellence for network knowledge and recommendations

Qualifications
  • Critical thinking and strong analytics skills
  • Highly motivated, curious, and well-organized individual
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
  • Full-time experience in the field of supply chain or network planning /forecasting/inventory management/operations
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Python is a plus
  • Degree in Engineering/Operations Research/Supply Chain Management/Business Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
